This white villa in Benissa really has been designed with everything in mind. A gym, sauna, darts board and pool table, and a small bar next to a mega home cinema. Children really won't be bored here. Outside in the lower garden is a putting green with a golf tee-off cage for the beginner and advanced golfer and there is a neatly raked course for a game of petanque. The house offers accommodation for 14 people and has four spacious bedrooms overlooking the garden in the basement, one of which is fully wheelchair-proof. This room is easily accessible via a path at the back. On the first floor are another three of the identical bedrooms with sea views. Each of the rooms has been tastefully decorated by the owners Jan Hendrik and Edith.

The former entrepreneur in sailing and kite surfing accessories has an eye for detail and likes to show it in this villa. For the culinary evenings, Roeland comes to the villa to provide guests with a gastronomic dinner while enjoying the magnificent view of the pines and olive trees in the garden and the Mediterranean Sea in the back.
