I am a Dutch chef with a passion for pure cooking and special wines. More than 13 years as an independent entrepreneur active in the hospitality industry. In the Netherlands I learned the tricks of the trade in various renowned restaurants in Limburg (NL) and Luxembourg. On the Costa Blanca I want to surprise my guests in small settings with refined products. Being together with friends or family, while I provide culinary surprises on the plate. No mass, no large scale, no buffets. Small is beautiful. In prime locations or at your home, in the region Marina Alta and Altea. Our home base is Teulada-Moraira.

Our dream has come true!


For many years we came to Altea and discovered the most beautiful places on the Costa Blanca and its hinterland. We embraced this environment and made plans to settle here. After a long search we found our dream house under the Spanish sun in Teulada-Moraira. We enjoy life in this green region, with the sea around the corner, the mountains at our back. We benefit by the subtropical climate and the quality of life here. A place to live and do business to your heart's content.
